Our regular cask ales are:
Dark Star Hophead 3.8% ABV
An extremely clean-drinking pale golden ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the Cascade hops. This beer is full-bodied and full-flavoured yet gentle enough to make it a favourite session beer
Palmers 200 5.0% ABV
Full bodied, rich and malty, with a distinctive hop character. First brewed in 1994 to celebrate 200 years of brewing at Palmers. So well received that it is now their flagship premium ale.
Palmers Dorset Gold 4.5% ABV
Lightly hopped, golden premium ale. A refreshing, zesty and thirst-quenching beer, from the heart of Dorset’s Jurassic Coast. Originally brewed as a summer ale and proved so popular it’s now available all year round.
Imported German Beers
Hacker-Pschorr Munich Gold 5.5% ABV
This beer is a firm favourite with our customers! A highly regarded Munich brewery with roots dating back to 1417, Hacker-Pschorr’s beers have always been brewed in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot purity law of 1516, mandating that beer brewed in Bavaria could only consist of malted barley, wheat, hops and water. With a luxuriant white foam, fragrant bouquet and dry finish Munich Gold is a superior Bavarian Helles beer.
Paulaner Munich Hell 4.9% ABV
With a history of brewing in Munich dating back some 375 years, Paulaner can rightly claim to be a Bavarian institution. Original Munich Hell is a golden blonde beer with a full malty body balanced by an elegant, subtle hoppy finish. The drink of choice in the Biergartens of this great city, this classic Helles beer is Bavaria’s most popular beer.
We also serve a variety of draught and bottled beers, lagers and ciders.
